The new Factory Direct Sales Branch Office is conveniently located at 4325 South York Street, Sioux City, IA 51106.  The new location offers new and used grain trailers for sale, as well as over-the-counter parts and service.

Timpte will now have the Northwest Iowa Sales Representative Kirk Martin based out of the new branch location. Kirk has been with Timpte for the past 3 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge during his 36 years in the transportation industry. Kirk is committed to giving you the kind of service you need and expect from Timpte.

Timpte will have Thermo-King Christensen handle all of the over-the-counter parts and service sales. Thermo King Christensen has been in successful operation for over 60 years. They have a large six bay shop with quality trained technicians that can service your trailer right the first time. One Touch Conversion Kit

A “One Touch” conversion kit from Thunderstone Manufacturing is now available for existing
electric roll tarp systems.

Hi Flow Trap

Timpte offers a wide variety of trap door options to handle almost any dry bulk commodity. Timpte is pleased at announce the next new trap door option called the

 “HI-FLOW”.  This option was created for the customer that requires a larger opening than a standard ag door for hauling commodities like Dry Distillers Grain, Soybean meal, etc. This option is designed with 20.5” of ground clearance with a minimal (19 Cubic Feet) of capacity loss. This allows the customer to use the trailer in terraced fields, railroad track berms, and swing under augers. It has the best of our standard split tub and ag tub models combined at a competitive price.

FEATURES:

•  20% more ground clearance than the standard split tub: 20.5” vs. 17”
•  Maintains the 43.5 degree side slope angle and 33 degree  front and rear slope angle on tub panels for good product flow
•  32” x 36” trap door is 78% larger than the 24” x 27” ag trap door. 1,152” vs. 648” sq inches. (102” door assembly in a 96” trailer)
•  Minimal 19 cubic feet loss in capacity over standard split tub models
•  Faster unloading than the ag tub
•  Uses all standard Timpte “Low Torque” door opening hardware

36 Foot Super Hopper 

Timpte Industries – The industry leader in manufacturing dry bulk commodity trailers is proud to announce the newest trailer in the Timpte Super Hopper product line. We have just release for production the new 36’ model. This hopper comes in 96” and 102” widths with 66”, 72”, and 78” sidewall heights. Ag tubs are standard and a wide variety of Timpte’s popular options are available.

This model was designed for customers that have tight corners, short field approaches, but still require good cubic capacity and high payload with a lightweight durable trailer. The 36’ x 96” x 66” trailer weighs in at 8,420 pounds and has a capacity of 1,172 cf water level and 1,327 cf heaped. Depending on the wheel base of the tractor this model will haul a higher payload than our 33’5” model and still be very maneuverable.

 SUPER LITE UPPER COUPLER II

Timpte’s Super Lite II Upper Coupler has improved it’s performance with the latest material and technology. The aluminum upper coupler features a new UHMW plastic lube plate that’s firmly mounted around the king pin with 14 industrial strength fasteners. This feature provides your 5th wheel with maximum protection from unwanted friction, and gives you the comfort of never having to grease again. The aluminum upper coupler option reduces the empty weight of a 96" wide trailer by <435lbs> & <470lbs> on a 102" wide model.

FULL SERVICE BRANCH NOW OPEN
AURORA, NE

This facility is conveniently located at the junction of Interstate 80 & Highway 14. Construction was started in July of 2011 and recently completed.

The new 6,600 sq. ft. building has a four bay drive through service shop, parts sales counter, and fully stocked parts warehouse. The new Aurora facility will support our interstate customers as well as customers from Nebraska, Northern Kansas, and Colorado. We specialize in grain trailers, but service most semi-trailer makes and models.

Timpte stocks the most popular new models of grain trailers as well as a variety of pre-owned grain trailers.
