Support Legs
Square legs, with roadside removable crank, low-profile 10″ square cushion foot shoe, “No Lube” feature, 50,000 lbs. lift capacity. Located 94” from Kingpin.
Hoppers
Single Hopper Formed .125 aluminum panels with side slope angle of 35.8 degrees, center and end panels with slope angle of 33 degrees, Ag tub design. Knockrail in upper and lower position on all sides of the hopper with wrap around structural corner connections.
Front and Rear End Slope Panels-.080” aluminum supported by aluminum channel with Z shaped crossmembers, 33 degree slope angle.
Divider Panel – heavy duty panel that supports side walls, has deflector on top to disperse loading from directly impacting trap door and extends down to frame rail. .080 aluminum supported by bulkhead crossmembers.
Traps
Single standard AG door 24”L x 26”W opening supported by a robust structural trap frame. The trap plate is 1/4”aluminum with steel stiffeners supported by double sealed steel ball bearings with a plastic internal seal.. Hopper clearance 25”.
