In order to label our product as “Made in America” certain criteria must be met:
- 95% or more of the direct costs of the product need to be sourced from domestic sources.
- All major defining characteristics of the product need to be manufactured or sourced from domestic sources.
This requires constant monitoring and management to ensure ongoing compliance.
Thousands of Custom Options
Timpte trailers are custom built to each of our valued customer’s specific application and aesthetic requirements. In order to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and the markets they serve, Timpte developed the Timpte Production System or “TPS”. TPS is a proprietary manufacturing process which enables Timpte to build thousands of trailers per year that include over 75 different models and over 1,400 different options.
