EZ Flow Hydraulic Trap™

The patented EZ Flow Hydraulic Trap has been thoroughly tested to meet your toughest hauling demands. From the field to the road, no other hydraulic trap can compare!

The EZ Flow Hydraulic Trap operates using a single 12-volt hydraulic motor that is safely located in the apex of the trailer. Operating the trap system is as easy as pushing a button. Stay out of the dust by opening and closing the trap from the cab of the truck using the multi-function remote (included). Rest assured, if the remote isn’t available, you can also open and close the trap using the moisture-resistant control box.

The system features the industries best swing clearance, which makes unloading at the bin site fast and effortless. There are no manual operators or motors to interfere with the swing auger leg.

Optional Emergency Manual Override

In the event of an emergency due to electrical or mechanical issues, the EZ Flow doors easily converts to manual operation. The emergency manual override utilizes quick-release pins and straps to open the door.

ThunderArmor™ Replacement Tarps

Thunder replacement tarps are designed using superior tarp material. Choose from an assortment of colors: black, red, blue, orange, white, green, light blue, purple, green, burgundy, gray, yellow, and more!

All tarps are made from premium-grade woven PVC coated fabric with built-in UV inhibitors to reduce cracking and fading over time. Every tarp is cut to precision and constructed with a heat-welded method giving seams added strength and thickness at high stress areas compared to stitch assembly tarps.

Thunder Power Tarp Systems™

The Thunder Power Tarp 7000 Series features One-Touch Technology, allowing the operator to open and close, including starting, stopping and reversing the tarp direction, with a single push of a button. This advanced technology works by measuring amperage load to a preset value. The Thunder Power Tarp 7000  is designed with safety in mind, and features an automatic remote shut-off, set to activate after five minutes of inactivity.
