EZ Flow^XR Hydraulic Trap

The patented EZ Flow^XR Hydraulic Trap™ has been thoroughly tested to meet your toughest hauling demands. From the field to the road, no other hydraulic trap can compare to the EZ Flow^XR.

The EZ Flow^XR Hydraulic Trap operates using a single 12-volt hydraulic motor that is safely located in the apex of the trailer. From the hydraulic motor, fluid passes through nylon-protected hydraulic hoses and stainless steel fittings to reach the cylinders. When powered the trap can open in 15 seconds and close in 11 seconds, making it one of the quickest traps available on the market.

Operating the trap system is as easy as pushing a button. Stay out of the dust by opening and closing the trap from the cab of the truck using the multi-function remote (included). Rest assured, if the remote isn’t available, you can also open and close the trap using the moisture-resistant control box.

The EZ Flow^XR Hydraulic Trap has the industries best swing clearance, which makes unloading at the bin site fast and effortless. There are no manual operators or motors to interfere with the swing auger leg. Ultimately, the increased clearance positioning makes the swing auger a snap.

Optional Emergency Manual Override

In the event of an emergency due to electrical or mechanical issues, the EZ Flow^XR doors easily converts to manual operation. The emergency manual override utilizes quick-release pins and straps to open the door. This new override system is not only easy to use, but provides additional ground clearance compared to previous override systems.

Thunder Armor Clean Coat

Thunder Armor Clean Coat is a revolutionary tarp design. It’s finished with an acrylic glaze coating to reduce commodity build up underneath the tarp and help reduce cross-contamination between loads. If you are required to washout between loads, this tarp makes cleaning faster and easier compared to standard tarp material.

Thunder Power Tarp 7000 Series

The Thunder Power Tarp 7000 Series features One-Touch™ Technology, allowing the operator to open and close, including starting, stopping and reversing the tarp direction, with a single push of a button. This advanced technology works by measuring amperage load to a preset value. The Thunder Power Tarp 7000  is designed with safety in mind, and features an automatic remote shut-off, set to activate after five minutes of inactivity.
