This new facility is state of the art as you enter the front door you are greeted by a Product Showroom that illuminates LED lights from a show room trailer, in the evening it showers onto Interstate 380. This product show room is a sight to see and is a great tool for after market and trailer sales. It is also a great place for customers to mingle with the Timpte Team as well.
The 3600 square foot Parts Warehouse has numerous amounts of diverse parts located on our new racking, ready to be installed in our tremendous, state of the art 11 true drive through bays, heated floors, crane system that encompasses all bays and installed in bay 11, is a full-service wash bay as well. When our satisfied customers leave our service shop, they will be greeted by motion activate gates that open and close for them as they depart. Again, this shop is truly impressive as well as the members that reside within it.
Cedar Rapids CSC sits on 8 acres of excellent frontage of Interstate 380, 20 miles north of Interstate 80 and 3 miles south of Highway 30 and most of it is all concreted with ample amount of parking for service trailers, sales trailers and makes it easy for our customer base to access this branch when entering and exiting as well.
Timpte Cedar Rapids is also located in “Hopper Haven” surrounded by ADM, Cargill, Quaker, General Mills, Ingredi-on, Conagra, Mondelez International, Kellogg and Kraft Heinz, which are all within less than 10 miles from our new location. Hundreds upon hundreds of hoppers are coming and going daily as well as opportunity for potential incremental commercial trailer service and parts work as well.
As of January 30th, 2023, we opened the doors to this new location and hit the ground sprinting and have not stopped. We all look forward to continuing the same service we have come to know at our old location with old customers and look forward to meeting the new as well!
