Side Panels
.063” aluminum panels are used in high stress areas for added strength and durability.
4’ exterior side panels are a long time Timpte trademark that offers unmatched strength and ease of repair.
Air Ride Dump Valve & Oil Filled Pressure Gauge
Located on the nose of the trailer where it is immediately accessible to the operator on all air ride trailers (does not apply to tri-axle trailers with lift axle(s)).
Upper Coupler Assembly
The upper coupler assembly is a beam truss designed for the rigors of field use with extra crossmembers and “x” brace for added for extra strength.
Trap System
Timpte traps are made of ¼” aluminum plates. Each door rides on sealed HD 40 mm diameter roller bearings designed to give years of trouble-free service. The interior trap door seal protects against moisture intrusion.
Lights & Electrical
All weather-pack automotive style connections sealed to prevent corrosion.
Standard light configuration:
- 2 rows of 3 LED bullet lights with center mid-ship turn signal
- (2) Front high-mount LED bullet lights
- (5) Rear high-mount marker LED bullet lights
- (6) 4” diameter stop/turn signal LED bullet lights
Access System
Standard with front and rear aluminum ladders and 26” rear grab bar.
Rear Corner Frame Posts
Gives all models the ability to vent through the corner posts.
Electric Tarp System: Thunder7000
This dual arm tarping system includes One-Touch technology, 100% American made motor and multi-function remote.
Tarp: ThunderArmor
Made of 18 oz. premium-grade woven PVC. Tarp construction is all heat-welded which adds strength and thickness to high stress areas.
Tarp Bows
Heavy duty extruded aluminum box design top rail eliminates having to use fixed structural tarp bows. Timpte tarp bows are easily replaced if damaged with 2 ridge straps.

Knock Rails
Single and double knock rails can be placed all the way around each tub. The knock rails protect your hopper from damage and give the operator a solid surface to hit to help loosen commodity.
Side Slope Vibrator
A solution that eliminates excessive manual pounding on the hoppers. Helps loosen compacted or wet commodity for improved cleanout.
End Slope Vibrator
A solution that eliminates excessive manual pounding on the hoppers. Helps loosen compacted or wet commodity for improved cleanout.
Removable Vibrator
A solution that eliminates excessive manual pounding on the hoppers. Helps loosen compacted or wet commodity for improved cleanout.
Trap Frame Vibrator
A solution that eliminates excessive manual pounding on the hoppers. Helps loosen compacted or wet commodity for improved cleanout.
Side Chute
Directs flow to one side of the trailer for unloading in auger.

EZ FlowXR
Operates using a single 12-volt hydraulic motor with the industries best swing clearance. Door opens past the rear trap frame cross-member by 1” for a fully open door. In the event of an emergency, doors can be easily converted into manual operation.
Single Speed
Direct drive – opened and closed by a manually operated 1” diameter shaft connected through a u-joint to the double rack and pinion gears using removable crank.
Two Speed
Gear drive – High and low gear option manually operated using removable crank. High gear option helps make larger trap door easier to open and dense commodity easier to unload.
Gravity Flow
Belt drive – Delivers reliable and smooth performance that’s easy to use and operate. The system utilizes dual sets of hi-strength belts that mechanically move the door open and closed with manual removable crank.
Thunder 7000
This dual arm tarping system includes One-Touch technology. 100% American made motor and multi-function remote. Rear arm ball and socket handles the stress of the flexure of the roll pipe for a smoother roll. Hinge joint provides constant tarp tension during windy days and is adjustable for various load conditions.
Roll Return
Spring loaded mount on the tarp cap to assist in rolling the tarp back and forth (only on manual).
Enclosed Tarp Cap
Keeps material from building up underneath the front and rear tarp caps.
Rear Vent Cap
Improves air flow to the hoppers for discharging commodity with the tarp closed.
Custom Tarp Colors
