2024 Timpte Photo Contest

The annual Timpte Photo Contest has returned! Submissions will be accepted May 1, 2024 until October 31, 2024. Submit photos of your trailer (Super Hopper, Roughneck, F-4000 Tender, Car Hauler or Equipment Trailer) at work and be entered to win.

Annual Photo Contest Guidelines

Timpte’s Annual Photo Contest provides an opportunity for photographers to showcase their talent and creativity while adhering to a set of guidelines to ensure fairness and integrity. The following key points summarize the rules and regulations:

Submission Guidelines:

Entries must be submitted in landscape format on the official contest channel.
Submissions made outside the designated channel will be disregarded.
The deadline for submissions will be strictly enforced.

Originality and Ownership:

All entries must be original work taken by the entrants themselves.
No third-party ownership or control of materials within the photo is permitted.
Entries must respect the intellectual property rights and privacy of others.

Judging and Decision Making:

Entries will be evaluated by the Timpte selection committee.
Committee decisions are final, and any entry deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

Prizes and Recognition:

The top 13 photos selected by the committee will feature in the official 2024 calendar and receive recognition.
The overall winner will be awarded the cover spot and a grand prize trip courtesy of Timpte.

Usage Rights:

Entrants grant Timpte permission to use submitted photos for advertising purposes.

Photo Integrity:

Photos must remain unaltered, including no addition, removal, or distortion of subjects within the frame.

Prize Collection and Communication:

Winners are responsible for collecting their prizes, which are nontransferable.
Timpte will contact winners via provided email addresses, and failure to respond within 15 business days will result in forfeiture.

Consequences of Violations:

Violators will be disqualified, stripped of any prizes, and banned from future contests.
The contest is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
